I wrote this white paper for Dr. Drusilla van Hengel's Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning class. I grew up in rural Vermont and had visited many small communities on my bike travels. I was curious to learn how we could improve economic benefits to small communities and improve the experience for people biking.
